Chai Masala Recipe

Masala Chai

​

INGREDIENTS

​

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Puja's Chai Masla

  • 3/4 Cup 2% Milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 Teaspoons Loose Black Tea (Assam preferred) or 2 tea bags

  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar or Sugar Substitute (adjust to taste)

Medium Saucepan , Teaspoon to Mix and 1 Cup of Water. Review all the steps before starting.

 Instructions

 

  • In a saucepan, add water + Puja's chai masala.

  • Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes to release the flavors.

  • Add black tea and boil for 1 minute.

  • Add milk and sugar.

  • Bring to a strong boil (let it rise once), then simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

  • Strain into cups and serve hot.

Tips for Perfect Chai:

​

  • Boil properly — don’t just steep.

  • For stronger chai, simmer a little longer.
